Pastor Dewaine Frazer
Dewaine Frazer was born in Toronto, Canada and attended the Northern Caribbean University in Jamaica, W.I. graduating with a bachelor’s degree in religion and theology. In 2012, Pastor Frazer then completed a master’s degree in pastoral studies with an emphasis in church development at Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama. He was successful in creating a resource manual on how to “Engage Youth in the Post-Modern Era.”
Pastor Frazer who is an ordained minister also has a passion for sharing the gospel and because of that he has traveled across North America, Europe, and the Caribbean calling all to surrender to the love of Christ.
Pastor Frazer serves under the mantra that guided civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.: “[We] must learn to live together as brothers and sisters or perish as fools together.”
Prior to joining the First Seventh-day Adventist Church of Montclair, Frazer served as the associate pastor of the Dupont Park Seventh-day Adventist Church in Washington, DC. In addition to his new assignment as senior pastor of MontclairSda, Pastor Frazer took on an additional role.
On July 30, 2017 Dewaine married his beautiful new wife, Kristyn in Bowie. MD. Shortly after, Pastor Frazer and his wife Kristyn were welcomed in their installment service on August 26, with their new church family! May God bless their ministry and marriage.
